I. Introduction
For more than 2,000 years now, neocheating parasitical elites and their minions exerted hard effort to conceal the fact that money is created ONLY through the creation of competitive values for others and society by falsely detaching money from real values while dishonestly linking it to guilt while, at the same time, promoting altruism and self-sacrifice to deceptive higher causes, malevolent external authorities, and/or illusionary mystical beliefs. These neocheating parasitical elites, who publicly scorn money and values, are actually obsessed with usurping money and values in order to live and survive without producing and/or creating net competitive values for others and society. They project false guilt onto the value producers and creators in order to conceal their own motives, methods, intentions, and impotence.
Money is an asset and can buy more assets with it, not liabilities. Individuals can use it to acquire new knowledge and buy things that are necessary for good health, long life, guaranteed survival, and all things needed to discover the person we were meant to be – value creators -and live a life we were meant to live – healthy, wealthy, and happy.
The intrinsic value of money through the use of precious metals, stones, or other valuable commodities backing it up makes it possible for everyone to claim their right to live fully by becoming its possessor. The right to live fully means the right to have the unrestricted and free use of all the good things necessary to unfold and develop ones mental, spiritual, and physical being to its fullest extent or, in other words, the right to be really rich. The person who does not desire to have enough money to buy all he wants or needs is abnormal because he does not desire to live a life of abundance as required by nature’s “Law of Perpetual Increase” and “The Law of Attraction”. The SOS may benefit from this essay by using this new currency and become independent and free from stranglehold of the Anticivilization’s banking and monetary systems.
II. Historical Background
Naturally occurring Electrum is an alloy of gold and silver with trace amounts of other metals such as copper. But, with the advent of modern metallurgical science and technological breakthrough in processing and refining of metals, traces of other metals and impurities contained in gold and silver can now be removed making it possible to create high grade or pure electrum with wide range of composition. Electrum was widely used in ancient times as early as the third millennium BC in Old Kingdom Egypt, Greece, Western Anatolia, and Lydia.
It is usually used as an exterior coating to the pyramidions atop ancient Egyptian pyramids and obelisks. Other uses include the making of ancient drinking vessels and coins. Electrum is much better for coinage compared to gold alone because it is harder and more durable. It is usually a good conductor of electricity. The color of Electrum is pale yellow or yellowish-white and was often referred to as white gold in ancient times but could be more accurately described as “pale gold”.
III. Rationale
1. Definition and Description:
The Electrum Dollar is new money or currency made, backed, and supported by an alloy of two precious metals – Gold (Au) and Silver (Ag) – called Electrum with a composition ranging, approximately, from 10% to 90% Gold and 90% to 10% Silver, respectively, to be used as modern currency or money that shall be issued in banknote and coin denominations by an issuing agency. This Electrum Dollar shall be a currency or money without a country, without boundaries. Hence, it shall be called “The New Universal Currency”.
The New Universal Currency or money shall be based on the proportionate combination of Gold and Silver which, in turn, backs and supports the proposed Electrum Dollar as a Legal Tender that shall be accepted and used by all citizens of the world and, probably, the whole Universe. The Electrum Dollar shall be conversely called Sigma Dollar. It shall be known and shall be established that Electrum or Sigma Dollar shall be a gold & silver-based monetary currency for local, national, international, and even universal usage and application as envisioned by the author of this creative idea about the Electrum or Sigma Dollar and Electrum or Omega Cent.
The symbol for Electrum or Sigma Dollar is the Greek letter Sigma with two vertical lines slicing through the letter as shown: ∑. The Greek symbol Omega with one vertical line slicing through the letter represents the Electrum or Omega Cent as shown: Ω.
In Mathematics, the symbol Sigma (∑) represents the process of Summation or Addition just like combining two precious metals such as gold and silver into an alloy called Electrum. Also, Sigma (∑) represents the “Law of Attraction”. The Greek letter Omega (Ω) symbolize nature’s “Law of Perpetual Increase” guiding and directing man’s never-ending quest for lasting peace, genuine prosperity, great health, earned wealth, real happiness leading to biological immortality through honest business, rational science, and creative art.
Electrum Dollar (ED) or Sigma Dollar (SD)denominations of Paper Bills or Banknotes shall be in ED 100, ED 50, ED 20, ED 10, ED 5, and ED 1 while Electrum Cent (EC) or Omega Cent (OC) Coin denominations shall be in ED 100, ED 50, ED 20, ED 10, ED 5, ED 1, EC 75, EC 50, EC 25,
EC 10, EC 5, and EC 1. Please, take note that a new denomination of EC 75 is introduced, thereby, increasing the number of coin design or types to 12. Every paper bill and coin currency shall be given an equivalent weight in ounces and/or grams as shown in Tables 1 and 2 below (Let U be the market value of Gold and G be the market value of Silver):

2. Market Value of Electrum or Sigma Dollar:
The market value of gold and silver shall determine the equivalent of Electrum Dollar into other Currency or money, foreign and local. For example, since the US or FRB Dollar is not supported by gold or silver and assuming the market value of gold and silver are $600 and $20, respectively, 1 Oz. of Electrum Dollar (1 ED in paper bill or coin denomination) will be equal to 0.509U + 0.501G = 0.509($600) + 0.501($20) = $305.40 + $10.02 = $315.42. It follows that one Electrum Dollar (1 ED) is equal to $315.42 in US currency. Any increase or decrease on the market value of gold and silver shall correspond to an increase or decrease, respectively, on the value of Electrum Dollar which shall determine its advantage or leverage against other currencies that are based only on gold, silver, platinum, titanium, other precious metals, real properties, some assets, or debts.
3. Unique Advantages of Electrum or Sigma Dollar:
The advantages of the Electrum or Sigma Dollar are as follows:
1. New Currency and Legal Tender – unique money that even an Electrum Cent weighing
0.108 ounce or 3.12 grams (penny equivalent) contain a minute amount of gold (10.8%)
and a larger amount of silver (89.2%) making it more valuable than a US Cent which is
made of bronze only, an alloy of copper and tin. See Table 2 above.
2. New Investment Portfolio - two precious metals (gold and silver) through Electrum in one
investment vehicle.
3. Unique Collector’s Item – revival of such an alloy and its use as money makes Electrum
unique and special for collectors to cherish and preserve.
4. Double Convertibility – the ability to receive gold and silver in the form of Electrum Dollar
in exchange for other currency, as a stated rate of exchange, from the agency that issued
the currency.
5. Security and Desirability - Electrum or Sigma Dollar is hard currency desired by domestic
and foreign citizens because of its gold and silver contents.
4. Exchange Rate of Electrum or Sigma Dollar:
The Exchange Rate of Electrum Dollar will depend on what supports or backs the currency being used by an institution – public or private. If the currency is backed or supported by the country’s national debt such as the Federal Reserve Notes, the exchange rate shall depend on the total market value of gold and silver for the main reason that debts are non-existent money and yet to be collected such as taxes, loans, and IOUs which requires initiatory force, threat of force, fraud, and/or coercion to materialize and become available, therefore, cannot be used, in essence, as a guaranty to pay or exchange for any valuable commodity or currency. See example in the paragraph titled “Market Value of Electrum or Sigma Dollar” on page 3.
However, if the currency is based on gold or silver, the exchange rate shall depend on what supports or backs it. For example, if the currency is supported by gold alone the exchange rate shall be determined by the market value of silver content per unit weight of Electrum Dollar. If the currency is supported by silver alone the exchange rate shall be determined by the market value of gold content per unit weight of Electrum Dollar. As a sample computation, let us assume that the Federal Reserve Banknote is supported by gold only and gold is at $600 per ounce while silver is at a price of $20 per ounce. Using the formula for 1 Oz. of Electrum Dollar, 0.509Au + 0.501Ag, anyone can see that it will require, at least, two (2) Electrum Dollars to cover one ounce (1 Oz.) of FRB gold at a price of $600. The exchange rate, therefore, shall be determined by the market value of silver contained in two (2) Electrum Dollars plus the excess minimal amount of gold in the Electrum Dollar (0.009Au) which is equal to 0.009($600) x 2 + 0.501($20) x 2 = $5.40 + $25.44 or US$12.72 for every Electrum Dollar. Therefore, the Electrum Dollar has a leveraged value of 12.72 times the US Dollar at a particular price range of gold and silver in the market.
5. Issuing Agency of Electrum or Sigma Dollar, Debit and Credit Cards:
The issuing agency of Electrum or Sigma Dollar shall be known as the SIGMA Universal Bank (SUB) that apply the concepts of mini-day, mini-company, tracking report, integrated thinking, division of essence, personal capture, company capture, and world capture. It shall be a banking company without a company, without a country, without boundaries. The Sigma Universal Bank shall be responsible for storing and safe keeping of its finished bills, coins, gold and silver bullion reserves and the minting, printing, and issuing of Electrum or Sigma Dollar including other business, social, and governmental obligations, duties, and responsibilities inherent to the independent, lawful, benevolent, and honest operation of a trustworthy bank.
Sigma Universal Bank shall issue Debit Cards to depositors and owners of Electrum or Sigma Dollars upon request. A Credit Card is an instrument of debt and shall not be issued to just anyone who requests or applies for it. Actual background investigation shall be conducted for all applicants before issuing one which must be used only for business purposes in order to stimulate production and creation of values for self, others, and society. SUB Credit Cards shall not have hidden, membership, and service fees while the interest rates shall be minimal and non-usurious at 3% maximum.
6. Expansion of Business Operation of the Sigma Universal Bank:
The first Sigma Universal Bank shall be established and operated in the United States of America close enough to where Fort Knox is located for gold source. Only one SUB shall be established and operated in the capital city of each country in the world and shall expand business, accordingly, based on necessity and urgency using the “Separate Operations Concept” (See Global Wealth Power by Eric Savage, page 139). SUB Management must understand and openly encourage employees to exert integrated thinking and forward essence movement so that business will continually be pushing into new frontiers as workers strive to expand upon the company’s money-making essence which, in turn, can build a start-up small business into a major business.
7. Future Research and Development of Electrum or Sigma Dollar:
One way of increasing the value of Electrum or Sigma Dollar shall be to increase the number of components in the alloy by adding another precious metal such as Platinum. It is now more expensive than gold. Platinum shares many structural characteristics with gold and maintains its structure and shiny appearance, even when exposed to chemical attack or heated to extremes. Like gold, platinum is nonreactive and does not tarnish when exposed to air. But, unlike gold, it can prompt other chemical reactions.
The resulting alloy, therefore, shall be composed of different amounts of Platinum, Gold, and Silver. The alloy shall be known as PLECTRUM (as coined by the author) with, initially, equal proportional amount of 33.33% by weight for each composite metal called Master Alloy. Making an alloy out of the three most precious metals in the world (Platinum, Gold, and Silver) may have not been done before. So, please, be aware that such an alloy called Plectrum is just an idea at its theoretical or experimental phase at this point in time.
The value of alloys over pure metals lies in the variation of blends possible and the subsequent variations in strength, conductivity, temperature, and corrosion resistance which can be chosen for a specific purpose such as coinage. Small additions of other elements can greatly improve a metal’s mechanical characteristics while maintaining its other desirable properties.
8. Basic Criteria in the Design and Configuration of Electrum or Sigma Dollar:
A. For Electrum or Sigma Dollar Bills
a. Obverse - Image of Presidents shall be replaced by an image of Great Scientists like
Albert Einstein for ED 100 notes, Sir Isaac Newton for ED 50 notes, etc.
b. Reverse - Image of the White House shall be replaced by an image of the Universe
representing the Laws of Nature.
c. Obverse - The Eagle on any seal shall be replaced by a Dove with an orchid on its beck
and straws of wheat on the right claw and a bunch of grapes on its left claw which
represent Prosperity, Abundance, Peace, and Harmony.
d. Reverse - The image of the Pyramid with an Eye on top shall be replaced by a Space
Shuttle or an Atom with electrons circling around it representing Science.
B. For ED 100 to ED 1 Electrum or Sigma Dollar Coins
a. Reverse - Image of Presidents shall be replaced by an image of Business Titans like
James J. Hill for ED 100 coin, Henry Ford for ED 50 coin, etc.
b. Obverse – Lady Justice with a book on her right arm and the Weigh Balance on her
raised left hand. Her eyes shall not be covered symbolizing Justice based on love,
truth, honesty, rationality, and industriousness.
C. For EC 75 to EC 1 Electrum or Sigma Dollar Coins
a. Reverse - Image of the President shall be replaced by an image of Great Artists like
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart for EC 75 coin, Beethoven for EC 50 coin, etc.
b. Obverse – Image of the White House shall be replaced by an image of the Great
Artist’s creation.
Note:The actual design may vary from the above basic design criteria depending on the best suggestion of the Mint master to be hired by Sigma Universal Bank.
9. Marketing and Advertising of Electrum or Sigma Dollar and the Plectrum Alloy:
The marketing and advertising approach for Electrum or Sigma Dollar and Plectrum alloy
shall be done globally by all means possible using cold and warm advertising methods.
