Subject: Who Says Writing The CFTC Does No Good?!

Looks like we've got some movement on the "CFTC Action" front as they have posted the Public Comments Announcement on the proposed rule for Position Limits today...only a few weeks late!

Here's the link and the rule is at the bottom with a due date of 3/28/2011:  http://comments.cftc.gov/PublicComments/ReleasesWithComments.aspx

This posting with an END DATE may prove to be "LAST LICKS" for that "oh-so-secret" US Bank that is currently well over the Position Limit proposed.

So NOW we can start posting to the site and DEMANDING that they change the position limits in Silver to NO MORE THAN 1,500 CONTRACTS.

I will be crafting my comments over the next few days and I will share them with everyone when finished.

Some of the things I will comment on are:

1) The limit in Silver should be no more than 1,500 contracts to be in line with all other commodities.

2) The current proposal falls way short of stopping manipulation due to concentration.

3) The coming chaos in the silver market is 100% due to the poor enforcement of commodity laws by the CFTC.

4) The delay in the silver investigation and enforcement has made investors lose all faith in the CFTC.

And many more!

One more comment: I have received MANY emails from people saying we are wasting our time on writing the CFTC. Many have LOST FAITH that there really is a "Good Guy" adgenda playing out.

I think the timing of posting of the 60-day comment period was largely because of our emails sent to the CFTC yesterday proving that IT DOES MATTER THAT WE WRITE THEM!

So start posting your thoughts as it may be our LAST chance to get our complaints on record before the MASS CHAOS that's about to hit the silver market.

May the Road you choose be the Right Road!
