Ashtar, prego, riprendiamo la comunicazione,

EVACUAZIONE

Non vedo il motivo di cambiare ciò che è perfetto o di riscrivere ciò che è già stato molto accuratamente scritto. Ad ogni buon conto, dal momento che questa apparecchiatura non è compatibile con quella che usammo per trasmettere la prima volta questo messaggio riguardo l’evacuazione, lo ritrasmettiamo nuovamente. 

Abbiamo milioni di astronavi stazionate sopra i vostri cieli e che sono pronte ad evacuarvi istantaneamente ai primi segnali che il vostro pianeta stia per inclinarsi sul proprio asse. Se questo dovesse accadere, abbiamo solo un brevissimo lasso di tempo per issarvi a bordo delle astronavi prima che delle gigantesche onde si abbattano sulle vostre coste. Queste onde, potrebbero essere alte fino a otto chilometri o anche più, e di conseguenza, sommergerebbero gran parte delle terre emerse. Lo scioglimento delle calotte polari, sta contribuendo in modo significativo allo sbilanciamento del pianeta stesso.

Oltre a questi cambiamenti, si verificheranno dei potenti terremoti che andranno da una faglia all’altra causando lo slittamento dell’intero sistema delle placche tettoniche. Mentre succederanno questi slittamenti, su delle aree molto estese dove sono presenti vulcani finora inattivi, si verificheranno delle potenti eruzioni vulcaniche. Nelle aree prossime alle vostre centrali nucleari, molto probabilmente ci saranno delle fuoriuscite di materiale radioattivo che verrà liberato nella vostra atmosfera. I danni provocati dallo spostamento delle masse terrestri, causeranno il crollo di parti delle centrali nucleari con la conseguente fuoriuscita di radiazioni. Delle enormi porzioni dei vostri continenti, si spaccheranno e sprofonderanno nei mari e negli oceani, mentre delle nuove terre emergeranno dalle acque spinte in alto dalle enormi pressioni.

Vi abbiamo trasmesso una moltitudine di notizie riguardo i venti fortissimi ecc. associati a questi sconvolgimenti. Tuttavia, accadranno per esempio sconvolgimenti e terremoti che non richiederanno l’evacuazione, e pertanto, parlerò soltanto di avvenimenti di proporzioni cataclismiche.    

Abbiamo una solida esperienza nell’evacuazione delle popolazioni dei pianeti. Sarebbe una cosa stupenda se così non fosse, ma aimè, la cosa non è poi così infrequente per molte e diverse ragioni. Ma atteniamoci al vostro caso, e a che cosa potreste aspettarvi.

Noi ci aspettiamo, e siamo allenati e preparati, a completare l’evacuazione della Terra e delle anime di Luce in circa quindici minuti indipendentemente dal loro numero. Inoltre, per prime evacueremo le Anime di Luce, (non sarebbe una brutta idea mettersi su quella lista di Luce), Il nostro sistema di computer è gigantesco e  si aggiorna  automaticamente. Ogni entità, è inserita nel sistema e ogni cambiamento viene costantemente aggiornato nel giro di pochi minuti. I computers sono connessi con le coordinate emesse dalla vostra griglia energetica, le sue intersezioni e i suoi vortici. Alla prima indicazione che potrebbe essere necessaria l’evacuazione, il computer si connette e si aggancia istantaneamente con ogni entità energetica  e ne determina la posizione indipendentemente da quale sia il luogo in cui si trova. Non preoccupatevi troppo di questi dettagli. Assicuratevi di mantenere sempre sintonizzato il vostro segnale.

TUTTI I BAMBINI VERRANNO EVACUATI

Dopo che tutte le anime di Luce saranno state evacuate, TUTTI i bambini verranno  presi a bordo. I bambini non sono considerati responsabili del male e quindi verranno evacuati su speciali astronavi e verranno assistiti con infinito amore e cura fino a quando potranno riunirsi con i loro genitori. A bordo ci sono unità appositamente addestrate per prendersi cura dei bambini e dei loro eventuali traumi. Molti potrebbero essere messi in uno stato di sonno per aiutarli a superare le loro ansie e paure. Sappiate che il nostro sistema di computer, è tecnologicamente di gran lunga e aldilà di qualsiasi sistema mai creato sulla terra fino a questi giorni.

Può localizzare i genitori di uno specifico bambino dovunque essi siano e comunicare ad entrambi che il bambino si trova in uno stato di sicurezza. DURANTE L’EVACUAZIONE, I BAMBINI VERRANNO MESSI IN SICUREZZA, QUINDI NON PREOCCUPATEVI PER LORO. NON CERCATE DI RIUNIRVI PRIMA DELL’IMBARCO – PRENDETEVI CURA DI VOI STESSI MENTRE NOI CI OCCUPEREMO DELLA CONFUSIONE CHE SI VERRA’ A CREARE.

Dopo l’evacuazione dei bambini, l’invito ad unirsi a noi, verrà esteso alle rimanenti anime del pianeta. Tuttavia, questo durerà per un breve, brevissimo lasso di tempo, forse per altri quindici minuti a giù di lì. A bordo, ci sarà abbondante spazio per tutti, ma siccome dopo quel breve lasso di tempo, l’atmosfera sarà infuocata, voleranno oggetti incendiati , si sprigioneranno fumi tossici e anche per il fatto che il campo magnetico della terra sarà disturbato, dovremo lasciare molto velocemente la vostra atmosfera altrimenti anche noi con le nostre astronavi moriremmo.

 PER COLORO CHE ESITERANNO

CHI SI PRESENTERA’ PER PRIMO NEI FASCI DI LEVITAZIONE, VERRA’ ASPIRATO A BORDO DELLE ASTRONAVI PER PRIMO. OGNI ESISTAZIONE DA PARTE VOSTRA, SIGNIFICHEREBBE LA FINE DELLA’ESISTENZA NELLA TERZA DIMENSIONE DEL  VOSTRO CORPO FISICO.

Questo ci conduce alla fase più impegnativa e difficile dell’evacuazione. Come già detto in precedenza, le anime che sono nell’Amore, hanno una frequenza vibrazionale superiore di quelli che sono ancorati ai concetti terreni e al materialismo . Ebbene, dal momento che i nostri fasci di levitazione che vi “aspireranno” dalla superficie terrestre sono molto simili alle frequenze di ciò che voi conoscete come corrente elettrica, quelli che hanno una frequenza vibrazionale bassa, potrebbero non farcela a sopportare le alte frequenze dei fasci di levitazione e potrebbero morire. Noi ci avvicineremo il più possibile per ridurre il tempo di levitazione nel fascio, tuttavia, dovremo stazionare ad ogni modo ad un’altezza comunque considerevole.

Quando una nostra astronave “in tempi normali”, invita qualcuno di voi a bordo, può atterrare o almeno stazionare ad un’altezza relativamente vicina e poi qualcuno di noi,  accompagna a bordo il visitatore. Questo però, non sarà possibile durante l’evacuazione. Se l’anima dovesse lasciare il corpo fisico (se uno dovesse morire), ci potrebbe essere la possibilità di resuscitarlo e riconnetterlo con la sua anima. Nel caso non fosse possibile, l’anima verrà rilasciata andare per essere ospitata in un luogo appropriato secondo l’accordo che l’anima ha fatto con Dio. Nessuno per nessun motivo, verrà abbandonato nella distruzione che avverrà sulla terra.

Se tuttavia decidereste di non salire a bordo, potreste essere uno dei pochi sopravvissuti alla “pulizia” e ai cambiamenti. Ad ogni modo, durante il periodo di pulizia, ci saranno sia degli enormi cambiamenti climatici che mutamenti nella conformazione delle terre in quanto i poli della terra saranno orientati in modo diverso. Già solo questi fatti, basteranno a provocare inimmaginabili  avversità ai sopravvissuti. In qualche area di parti specifiche del pianeta, potrebbe esserci la possibilità di  trovare delle guide tornate per la circostanza a dare un aiuto.

RESTATE CALMI E NIENTE PANICO

Diciamo subito con molta chiarezza ciò che potrebbe essere molto dannoso per la buona riuscita dell’operazione. Noi possiamo sintonizzarci con le armoniche di un bambino e renderlo incosciente per imbarcarlo. Una persona in età adulta invece, dovrà fare una scelta!  QUALSIASI REAZIONE DI “PAURA”, ABBASSA NOTEVOLMENTE LE VOSTRE FREQUENZE VIBRAZIONALI  RENDENDOVI CONSEGUENTEMENTE, MOLTO MENO COMPATIBILI CON LE FREQUENZE EMESSE DAL FASCIO LEVITAZIONALE. QUINDI SOPRATTUTTO, RIMANETE CALMI! SE PER QUALSIASI MOTIVO, NON POTRESTE ESSERE PRESI A BORDO, RIMANETE CALMI, POSSIAMO DIRIGERE IL FASCIO COME E DOVE MEGLIO CREDIAMO. NON ANDATE IN PANICO! SAPPIATE CHE SIETE IN MANI MOLTO ESPERTE E CHE ABBIAMO UNA VASTA ESPERIENZA DI EVACUAZIONE DI PIANETI”!  - SAPPIAMO QUELLO CHE DOBBIAMO FARE.

IN MODO PARTICOLARE, DESIDERO SOTTOLINEARE QUANTO SEGUE : QUANDO IL FASCIO SARA’ FOCALIZZATO SU DI VOI. NON ONDEGGIATE O SALTATE VERSO L’ASTRONAVE. LA CONNESSIONE AVVIENE A LIVELLO ENERGETICO E OGNI MOVIMENTO DEL CORPO, PREGIUDICA IL RISULTATO.

Una volta a bordo, sarete trasferiti dalle astronavi navetta alle “astronavi madri” che stazionano ancora più in alto sopra il pianeta. Li, sarete assistiti a seconda dei vostri bisogni e delle circostanze. Alcuni avranno bisogno di cure mediche, altri si sentiranno splendidamente ma agitati e sovra eccitati dall’emozione. Alcuni si preoccuperanno dei loro familiari e amici. A bordo ci sono equipe di medici esperti che cureranno i bisognosi con macchinari tecnologicamente avanzatissimi. Altri verranno semplicemente mesi in uno stato di sonno fino a quando i loro organi vitali, non avranno ripreso a funzionare regolarmente. Verrete ospitati e nutriti fino a quando sarà necessario prima di essere trasferiti nel luogo a voi più appropriato. Alcuni di voi verranno portai in città su altri pianeti per subire una formazione per l’utilizzo di avanzate tecnologie prima di essere ricondotti sulla Terra per ricominciare la ricostruzione. Il tutto avverrà in base a colloqui conoscitivi e in conformità a precedenti accordi. I bambini verranno riuniti con i loro genitori e parenti ecc. ecc.

Il vostro bellissimo pianeta, è destinato a diventare la più meravigliosa delle stelle di tutto l’universo dopo avere aspettato così tanto tempo per ottenere questo meritato e glorioso posto. La Terra sarà un pianeta di Luce meraviglioso ! Allora potrete ricongiungervi con il resto degli abitanti dell’Universo in amorevole fratellanza ed amicizia all’interno della Illuminata Fratellanza dell’Uomo con Dio Creatore. Uomini della Terra, non fatevi beffe di queste parole. Noi vi siamo stati  inviati e veniamo di nostra spontanea volontà nell’amore per voi nostri fratelli, in questi tempi di grandi tribolazioni. Come è certo che il sole nasce ad est e tramonta ad ovest, così è altrettanto sicuro che entro breve tempo, queste cose succederanno. Vi prego, siate pronti!  

NESSUN PREAVVISO

I cataclismi, inizieranno brutalmente e senza preavviso. Tutto accadrà così rapidamente che non avrete nemmeno il tempo di PENSARE A COSA FARE ! ORA, E’ IL MOMENTO DI RIFLETTETE ATTENTAMENTE SU QUANTO DETTO E DI SFORZARVI DI TROVARE L’EQUILIBRIO, IL MOMENTO E’ ADESSO PRIMA CHE PER VOI SIA TROPPO TARDI! MOLTISSIMI,  CORRERANNO SENZA META IN PREDA ALLA CONFUSIONE TOTALE, SARANNO FERITI E IN PREDA AL DOLORE. SARA’ COME SE L’INTERO UNIVERSO VI CROLLASSE ADDOSSO. VI ASSICURO CHE QUELLO CHE VOI PERCEPITE COME UNIVERSO, SEMBRERA’ CHE VI STIA CADENDO SULLA TESTA. ALLORA CHE COSA FARETE? RIPETO,RIMANETE TOTALMENTE CALMI E SENZA FARVI SOPRAFFARE  DALLA PAURA ASPETTANDO IL FASCIO DI LUCE CHE VI ASPIRERA’. IL FASCIO FLUISCE DAL CENTRO DELL’ASTRONAVE E FRANCAMENTE, E’ COME SE FOSSE UN POTENTISSIMO ASPIRATORE CHE VI RISUCCHIA, E IL TUTTO ACCADE IN UN BALENO.

Vi consiglio di fare il possibile per permetterci di avvicinarci a voi senza ostilità. E’ ormai evidente che tutte le probabilità di evitare questi eventi, è del tutto impossibile. Noi non vediamo nessun cambiamento nel comportamento umano e nel loro  stato vibrazionale di proporzioni tali da farci credere che questo si possa ancora evitare. Così sia, noi continueremo a lavorare diligentemente per portare a termine la nostra missione.(n.d.t.; questo messaggio fu trasmesso nel settembre 1989 e non solo la situazione non è migliorata, ma è enormemente peggiorata e l’uomo ha ormai passato da tempo il punto di non ritorno).

AMMINISTRAZIONE

Parliamo brevemente della parte amministrativa di questo programma. Come Comandante di questo sistema solare e delle varie unità di volontari provenienti da diverse parti dello spazio, è mia responsabilità quella di coordinare le azioni di molte flotte che si apprestano a compiere la missione Shan ( n.d.t.; Shan è il nome cosmico della Terra). Quando queste varie unità non sono operative, in questo caso si auto regolano e operano sotto la propria supervisione. Se invece  sono operative  per un compito specifico come questo, correlato alla Gerarchia complessiva  per questo pianeta, allora operano sotto la giurisdizione della Confederazione Interplanetaria.

Voglio rassicurarvi che capisco i vostri dubbi circa la credibilità di quanto sto affermando, in quanto le entità dell’Oscurità, hanno fatto un eccellente lavoro per ridicolizzarci in tutti i modi e gettare discredito sui nostri messaggi. So perfettamente che nel vostro mondo ci siano alcuni agghindati con strani abbigliamenti e con un ego mostruoso, che pretendono di essere degli dei. E’ vostro compito guardare oltre le apparenze e cercare la Verità. E’ per questo motivo che voi nostri collaboratori, dovete essere assolutamente professionali e credibili. Continuate come state facendo, salvo migliorare il vostro atteggiamento. Non andrete da nessuna parte se solo “ ESISTETE”. Nessuno dei nostri collaboratori necessita di un’ulteriore responsabilità – prendetevi cura di voi stessi. Smettetela con i vostri sciocchi giochini. Chi può ritenere credibile qualcuno che se ne va in giro con addosso uno svolazzante mantello viola, con i capelli tinti di color porpora, bruciando mazzetti di salvia e bacchettando qua e la cantando incomprensibili litanie? NON C’E’ NULLA AL NOSTRO RIGUARDO CHE SIA COSI’ DIFFICILE DA CAPIRE E DIO HA SOLO BISOGNO CHE RIMANIATE SOLI VOI E LUI! TUTTO IL RESTO SONO COSE CHE AD OGNI MODO NON PORTERETE CON VOI. A BORDO, ABBIAMO TUTTO IL NECESSARIO PER VOI. RACCOGLIEREMO I VOSTRI ANIMALI DOMESTICI E I VOSTRI AMICI PENNUTI E LI METTEREMO IN SALVO. QUANDO DIO PREPARA UN POSTO PER VOI, LO FA CON LA MASSIMA CURA. TUTTE LE NOTIZIE SENZA SENSO DEGLI ADEPTI DELLA “NEW AGE”, SONO ESATTAMENTE CIO’ CHE HO DETTO, “SENZA SENSO” E NON FANNO ALTRO CHE OSTACOLARE LA VOSTRA CRESCITA.

Ce ne sono molti che da altre parti del cosmo, verranno semplicemente per propria scelta e per il loro particolare scopo. A costoro, noi daremo semplicemente il nostro accordo e la nostra ospitalità. La sola eccezione alle nostre regole, sarà nei confronti di chi verrà con l’intenzione di fare del male al pianeta o ai suoi abitanti. Nei loro confronti, verrà fatta un’attenta sorveglianza e se fossero un pericolo, verranno scortati fuori dal sistema solare e ricacciati ad occuparsi degli affari loro.  A quelli che rimarranno nelle vicinanze, qualora fosse necessario, verrà loro richiesto di partecipare alle operazioni, o in caso di un’allerta per l’evacuazione, di non creare nessuna interferenza.   

Spesso ci sono delle flotte che quando è il loro turno, intervengono per dare il cambio a chi ha già finito il proprio lavoro. Molti dei nostri fratelli, sono rimasti presso la stazione di controllo  della Terra per molto, molto tempo e sono pronti per tornare a casa a riposarsi. C’è un costante avvicendamento di unità di pattugliamento delle flotte coinvolte. I turni di lavoro, non sono a tempo indeterminato, ma sono studiati per avere un inizio e una fine precisi per rilevare a rotazione una squadra e iniziare quindi il proprio turno. Molti degli incarichi che vengono dati alle flotte di volontari, sono attribuiti in base alle “necessità e alle circostanze del momento”.

UNITA’ DEL PERSONALE DI TERRA

Le forti  unità di terra, hanno bisogno di mantenersi in contatto con le frequenze della flotta e il suo rappresentante. Quindi, in primo luogo, un rappresentante delle unità di terra, sarà sempre in contatto con il proprio Comandante Interstellare, anche se occasionalmente, il personale potrebbe essere rimpiazzato. Tuttavia lo è sempre con qualcuno appartenente allo stesso gruppo. Ci sono altri componenti del personale di terra, che fungono da rappresentanti “su larga scala”, che possono svolgere la funzione di contatto ed essere a disposizione di qualsiasi Unità di Comando di una determinata area. Per esempio, se c’è il bisogno di comunicare in questo settore ( n.d.t.; in California - Stati Uniti), Dharma risponderà immediatamente. Ma molto raramente ci sarà bisogno di questo, in quanto le nostre astronavi avranno l’ordine di contattare per prima la flotta ed avere quindi le necessarie informazioni.

Ricordatevi che ogni base e unità operativa, dispongono in ogni  momento della propria astronave stazionata nel proprio vortice per l’immediata a personale ritrasmissione dei messaggi verso o da quella unità. Questa stazione o piattaforma, non cambiano mai, anche se le persone che ne fanno parte, possono venire temporaneamente sostituite allo scopo di consentire loro di riposarsi e rilassarsi per ritornare in un secondo momento. Tutti i nostri segnali, i fasci luminosi e i contatti, sono collegati ai nostri messaggeri per mezzo di queste piattaforme di contatto personalizzate. Alcune volte, i terminali si trovano a bordo delle astronavi di comando, come lo sono in questo frangente.

Qualora si trovassero “nell’atmosfera”, (presumendo che le piattaforme o le astronavi, vi si trovino), viene emesso da queste un raggio di identificazione verso quelli che pattugliano i corridoi di volo. Il raggio emesso, consente di identificare il relativo comando della base operativa di provenienza. Grazie al perfetto centro di comunicazione localizzato in questo particolare settore, nei vostri cieli si registra un’attività costante.

Se per una qualsiasi ragione, avessi bisogno di qualsiasi unità aggiuntiva, posso contare sull’aiuto della Federazione che mi invierebbe tutta l’assistenza necessaria.

IL MALE

Basta parlare di questo. Sono anche consapevole che sappiate della mia devozione verso il Maestro e Insegnante (n.d.t.; Ashtar si riferisce a Sananda), e che la Terra deve trovare il proprio equilibrio per la sopravvivenza delle specie. Per capire le Forze della Luce, è necessario capire le forze del male. Non sto parlando di “buono” opposto a “cattivo” . Mi riferisco al male opposto a ciò che è Divino. Per quelli di voi che non se ne preoccupano più di tanto, e hanno finito per credere che non esiste qualcosa come il male, vi assicuro che la vostra supposizione è del tutto sbagliata.

Farò una breve dissertazione sul male e la sua presenza, e chiedo che la lezione che è stata trasmessa prima di questo messaggio, venga integrata in questo giornale.

Ce ne sono alcuni, che non fanno parte della nostra missione e che non hanno nessun compito specifico. Sono qui solo come osservatori e per i propri scopi. Spesso sono dei grandi geni, e il materiale che forniscono ai loro contatti, può essere molto impressionante, e in effetti, molto spesso le è. Tuttavia, fate molta attenzione, perché il prezzo collegato a questo, è molto alto. Sono venuti con lo scopo di raccogliere dati per i loro scopi personali e di non a dedicare se stessi per il bene del pianeta.  Gli importa poco del vostro sviluppo spirituale e in un modo o nell’altro, gli importa poco di voi. Per loro, voi rappresentate una curiosa forma di vita primitiva. Questi non vengono considerati come facenti parte delle “forze dell’Oscurità” che hanno giurato fedeltà al Maligno, ma sono semplicemente una forza neutrale,  se messi in relazione all’aiuto che possono dare agli Esseri Umani nella comprensione dei principi e delle Leggi che contribuiscono al loro sviluppo spirituale. Miei cari, oltre a voi, ci sono molti mondi e molte galassie ognuno con il proprio sistema solare all’interno di altri universi e voi, continuerete al vostra esperienza con quelli più simili alla vostra specie. Ma ce ne sono altri che camminano sui sentieri disseminati tra le stelle e i pianeti. Essi sono  soggetti al rispetto delle Leggi universali e non interferiranno con la vostra transizione benché molti saranno attirati ad osservare l’esperienza. 

Le cosiddette FORZE DELL’OSCURITA’, appartengono alla vostra stessa galassia che sono apertamente opposte alla Fratellanza della Luce e ai suoi principi, alle sue regole e agli scopi  del genere umano e della Terra. Se ci fosse la possibilità, si impadronirebbero del pianeta e lo sottometterebbero al loro controllo per i loro scopi il che significherebbe la distruzione della libertà per il genere umano.

Nel caso le bande di rinnegati che scorrazzano nei regni celesti, oltrepassassero i limiti loro consentiti, verranno immediatamente confinate al proprio piano di appartenenza. La flotta del Comando Celeste, è pronta a portare questi invasori da un’altra parte nel posto che gli compete. E’ SUL VOSTRO PIANO, NELLA VOSTRA OTTAVA CHE IL NEMICO DEVE ESSERE AFFRONTATO E SISTEMATO DA UN PUNTO DI VISTA FISICO.

Ci sono forze dell’Oscurità, che hanno degli intenti malvagi e noi manteniamo su di loro una stretta sorveglianza. Molte di loro sono state rimosse dal piano Terrestre, e abbiamo imposto una tregua forzata dal momento che questo pianeta cesserà di esistere su questo piano e loro saranno dislocate altrove.

Non mi preoccupano coloro che credono che qualcosa come il male, non possa esistere. Mi sembra che questo ragionamento, vada di pari passo con la credenza che Dio sia in qualche modo morto, e che Satana sia una sorta di falso mito.

Fratelli, ecco una regola pratica : Qualsiasi cosa che deliberatamente ferisca o ostacoli la crescita di un altro individuo, è considerato male, e quando viene fatto volontariamente e con la maliziosa intenzione di far male, è ancora PIU’ MALVAGIO.NOI della Federazione, circondiamo e difendiamo la Terra il più possibile, ma sul vostro stesso pianeta, avete di che distruggerlo totalmente. Così come Sananda ha la Sua flotta, anche l’impero Satanico ha la sua. Fate molta attenzione nel caso vi capitasse di incontrare dei fratelli dello spazio.

Un fratello “positivo”, si qualificherà molto velocemente ed emanerà pensieri  Luminosi e di intento benefico. E’ così che SAPRETE che è un uomo Illuminato da Dio.

Un Satanista, non si qualificherà in  maniera convincente, o non si qualificherà affatto.  In aggiunta, scapperà se uno dirigerà su di lui la Luce e gli intimerà di andarsene via. Non avvicinatevi mai ad una astronave, fino a quando non siete sicuri che sia una astronave DI UMANI. QUANDO DATE IL BENVENUTO A QUALCUNO, FATELO NELLA LUCE. PHOENIX JOURNAL #5 “FROM HERE TO ARMAGEDDON” - CHAPTER 5

EVACUATION

I see no point in changing perfection or rewriting that which is still accurate. However, since this equipment is not compatible with that upon which we first wrote this message of evacuation, I shall share it with you again. I will distract myself, Dharma, and allow you to pick it up from my monitors.

We have millions of ships stationed in the skies above your planet, ready to instantly lift you off at the first warning of your planet’s beginning to tilt on its axis. When this occurs, we have only a very short time segment in which we can lift you from the surface before great tidal waves will lash your coastlines. These waves can be as deep as five miles or more. They will subsequently cover much of your land masses. Your melting polar ice caps are contributing greatly to the inequal balance of the orb itself.

Along with these changes there will be great earthquakes which will feed from one suture line (fault line) to the next to cause severe shifting of entire tectonic plates. As these splits and grindings occur you will have massive volcanic eruptions over widespread areas of previously dormant cones. In portions near your nuclear testing grounds you will experience probably spillage of radioactive material into your atmosphere. You will also experience radiation leakage from your nuclear power plants as they are disrupted by land changes. Portions of your continents will split and sink, and in other areas this will cause thrusting upward of other masses.

You have had plenty of news about winds, etc. that will accompany these upheavals. There will be upheavals and earthquakes for instance, that will not trigger evacuation, so I will speak of cataclysmic proportions.

We are very experienced in the evacuation of populations of planets! It would be grand if this were not necessary to be true, but alas, it is not even all that uncommon for many various reasons. We will stick to yours and what you might expect.

We expect, and are practiced and prepared to complete the evacuation of Earth of the souls of Light in some fifteen minutes, regardless of numbers. Further, we will rescue the souls of Light first. Not a bad idea to get on that Light List. Our computers are massive and self updating. Each entity is entered into the system and all changes, to the minute details, are constantly updated. The computers are locked onto the coordinates as designated by your grid ley lines and vortex intersections. At the first indication that there may be need to evacuate, the computers lock onto the location of every energy entity instantly, no matter where might be the location of the human form. Don’t concern yourself with that portion; just make sure you keep the signals attuned on an ongoing basis.

ALL CHILDREN WILL BE LIFTED

After the souls of Light have been evacuated, then the children will ALL be lifted off. The children are considered to be non-accountable, so they will be evacuated to special ships to be cared for until they can be reunited with their parents or placed for indefinite care and tending. We have ones well trained for the specific task of handling the children and their trauma. Many may be put into sleep for a period of time to help them overcome their fear and anxiety. Our computer system is far, far beyond anything ever used thus far on Earth in this age it can locate parents of specific children wherever they may be and notify one another of safety or status. THE CHILDREN WILL BE LIFTED TO SAFETY DURING THE EVACUATION, SO DO NOT GIVE UNDUE THOUGHT TO THEM. DO NOT SEEK TO UNITE BEFORE LIFT OFF—TEND YOURSELF AND WE WILL TEND THE CONFUSION.

After the evacuation of the children, the invitation will be extended to all remaining souls on the planet to join us. However, this will be for only a very, very short time period, perhaps another fifteen minutes or so. There is abundant space for all ones, but because the atmosphere by that elapsed amount of time will be filled with fire, flying debris, poisonous smoke, and because the magnetic field of your planet will be disturbed, we will have to leave your atmosphere very quickly or we, also, with our craft will perish.

HE WHO HESITATES IS—

THEREFORE, HE WHO STEPS INTO OUR LEVITATION BEAMS FIRST WILL BE LIFTED FIRST. ANY HESITATION ON YOUR PART WOULD MEAN THE END OF YOUR THIRD DIMENSIONAL EXISTENCE YOU CALL THE PHYSICAL BODY.

This brings us to the most serious and difficult part of the evacuation: As mentioned earlier, souls of Light have a higher vibration frequency than do those who are more closely “tied” to the Earth and earth concepts and actions.

Well, since our levitation beams, which will be lifting you off the surface of the planet, are very close to the same thing as your electrical charges as you recognize them, those of low vibrational frequency may not be able to withstand the high frequency of the levitation beams without departing the third-dimensional body. We will get as close as possible so the beam time span is lessened, but it must still be from quite a high altitude.

When a beam ship lands in “normal” times to invite ones aboard, it is customary to land the craft or hover quite close to your surface. Then our own ones will accompany any entity aboard. It will not be thusly done at evacuation lift-off. If the soul energy departs the third-dimensional body, there may be opportunity for resuscitation and reconnection, or the soul will be released to be housed in appropriate facilities according to agreement with God. At any rate, you would not be left to experience the havoc on your planet surface.

If you do not decide to step into the levitation beams to be lifted up, you might be one of the few who survive the “cleansing” and changes. However, during this period of cleansing, there will be great changes in climate, in land masses, for the poles of the planet will have a new orientation. This alone will create untold hardship for the survivors. In some areas of specific location it may be possible to have guides and assistants return or in some instances, remain as a support system.

REMAIN CALM, DO NOT PANIC

Let me make it very clear as to that which is most detrimental to a successful lift-off. A child we can render unconscious and simply attune the harmonics system. An adult of consenting age must make a choice. ANY RESPONSE OF “FEAR” LOWERS YOUR FREQUENCY OF VIBRATION, THUS MAKING YOU LESS COMPATIBLE WITH THE LEVITATION BEAM FREQUENCIES. THEREFORE, ABOVE ALL ELSE, REMAIN CALM; IF YOU CANNOT GET INTO THE BEAM FOR ANY REASON—REMAIN CALM, WE CAN MOVE THE BEAM. DO NOT PANIC. KNOW THAT YOU ARE IN EXPERT HANDS, HANDS WHICH HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN EVACUATION OF PLANETS—WE KNOW OF THAT WHICH WE ARE ABOUT.

I CANNOT OVEREMPHASIZE THIS: REMAIN CALM! RELAX! DO NOT PANIC WHEN YOU STEP INTO OUR LEVITATION BEAM OR WHEN IT IS FOCUSED ON YOU. DO NOT WAVE OR THRUST YOUR BODY ABOUT—THE CONNECTION IS MADE AT ENERGY LEVEL, AND MOTION OF THE PHYSICAL BODY IS A GREAT DISTRACTION.

After lift-off you will be taxied by the shuttle (lift-off) craft to our “mother ships” which are anchored even higher above the planet. There you will be taken care of, depending upon your circumstance. Some of you will need medical care, others will be quite wonderful, but hyperexcited and agitated. Some will be frantic over family members, etc. We have expert medical staff who will be there to treat you with highly advanced equipment—some will simply be placed into a state of sleep until vital signs regain normal status. You will be fed and housed until such time as transfer elsewhere is advisable.

Some of you will be taken to cities on other planets to be trained in advanced technology before being returned to the planet Earth to start rebuilding. This will all be determined by counseling or prearrangement. Children will be reunited with parents and families, etc.

Your wondrously beautiful planet is destined to be a most beautiful star within the universe. For long she has waited to take her place of glory. She shall be a beauteous planet of Light. Here, you can rejoin the remainder of the Universe in brotherly love and fellowship within the Lighted Brotherhood of Man with God the Creator.

Do not scoff at these words, people of Earth. We are sent forth and come willingly and in love of you as our brothers in a great time of distress. As surely as the sun shines from the east to the west, so shall these things shortly come to pass. Let us be prepared, please.

NO WARNING

The cataclysms will begin abruptly without warning! Everything will happen so fast you will not have any time to THINK. THINK CAREFULLY ON THESE THINGS NOW AND EFFORT TO COME INTO BALANCE BEFORE IT GROWS TOO LATE FOR CHOICE.

THERE WILL BE ONES RUNNING ABOUT IN TOTAL CONFUSION, IN PAIN, INJURED—IT WILL BE AS IF THE WHOLE OF THE UNIVERSE IS FALLING IN UPON YOU—MUCH OF WHAT YOU PERCEIVE AS YOUR UNIVERSE WILL BE SO DOING, I ASSURE YOU. SO WHAT WILL YOU DO? IDEALLY, YOU WILL PLAN NOW. YOU WILL THEN REMAIN TOTALLY CALM AND WITHOUT FEAR AND AWAIT THE LIGHT BEAMS. THEN STEP INTO THE LEVITATION BEAMS OR REMAIN STATIONARY THAT WE MIGHT AFFIX ONTO YOU. THE BEAMS FLOW FROM THE UNDERNEATH CENTER OF THE CRAFT AND FRANKLY, IT CAN BE MUCH LIKE A HUGE SUCTION CLEANER WHEREBY ALL HAPPENS VERY QUICKLY.

I suggest you do whatever you can to allow us to come into your sectors without hostility. It appears all probabilites of avoiding this untoward event are past. We see no changes in magnitude of perceptions of such proportions that would alter the course of events. So be it, we will continue to work diligently with that which we are given.

ADMINISTRATION

Let us speak a bit of the administering of this program. As Commander for this solar system and its various volunteer units from many areas of space, it is my responsibility to coordinate efforts of the many fleets as they touch into the mission of Shan. When these various factions of force are not thus involved, then, of course, they are self-regulatory and guided under their own supervision. They only come under the jurisdiction of the Interplanetary Confederation if they are here on a specific assignment, correlated to the overall Hierarchal mission to the planet.

Let me assure you that I understand the doubts regarding credibility—that is a superb success of our dark fragments causing ridicule and outrageous press. I realize there are ones out there claiming to be goddesses and rainbow caped freaks of mammoth personality and ego breakdown. It is for you to look beyond and into Truth. It is why you of our co-workers must not be other than professional and credible. Continue as you are except clean up your attitudes. You will get nowhere by ‘JUST BEING’. No one of our busy workers needs another iota of responsibility—tend of yourselves. Quit your silly games. Who can possibly give credibility to one with purple satin capes blowing in the wind, purple hair with sage bushes stuck hither and yon, and chanting unintelligible garbage. THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT US THAT IS HARD TO UNDERSTAND AND GOD NEEDS ONLY THEE AND HE. ALL ELSE IS BAGGAGE YOU WILL LEAVE BEHIND AT ALL CIRCUMSTANCE. WE HAVE SUPPLIES FOR YOU. WE WILL TAKE YOUR ANIMAL AND FEATHERED PETS AND PLACE THEM IN SAFETY. WHEN GOD PREPARES A PLACE FOR YOU, HE DOES A MOST EFFICIENT JOB OF IT. ALL THE REMAINDER OF THIS ”NEW AGE” NONSENSE IS EXACTLY THAT—NONSENSE, AND WILL MOST SURELY HINDER YOUR PROGRESS. SO BE IT!

There are many from other places in the cosmos who will come simply of their own volition and their own purposes. To these, we merely extend our hospitality and our accord. The exception to the rule would be any of those who come for reasons that would be harmful to the planet or its inhabitants. These ones are carefully policed and, if deviant, are escorted beyond the system and sent about their other affairs. Those remaining close are expected to participate if needed and stay completely clear of interference at any evacuation alert. There are often replacement fleets who come to relieve others of their tour of duty. Some of our brothers have been on alert at Earth station for a very, very long time and are weary and ready to return to their own homes. There is a continuing turnover of fleet participation in the many patrol units involved. Those tours of duty are not of an indefinite nature, but have a set period of time in which to begin and end, with others of relief coming to replace and rotate duty stations. Many of the assignments given to these many volunteer fleets are done on a ‘need of circumstance’ basis.

EARTH-BASED GROUND UNITS

Strong representative ground units necessitate the contacts in keeping with the frequencies of the fleet and its representative. Thus, one representative will primarily always be in contact with its own Interstellar Command, even though the crew may be replaced occasionally, but always by their own members.

There are other earth-based personnel who are representatives “at large”, who may make contact and be at the disposal of any Command units in the area. For instance, if there is need for communications in this sector, Dharma would respond instantly. There would rarely be need of such for all craft would first be instructed to contact our fleet ship, and thus the sequence of information.

Remember that each base or unit does at all times, have its personal craft hovering within its vortex for personal immediate relaying of messages to or from that unit. This station or platform never changes, although the persons involved might be removed temporarily for rest and relaxation, to return later. All of our signals, beams, and contacts are relayed to our messengers through the medium of these individual platforms of contact. Sometimes the terminals are aboard command ships, as in this case.

In the “atmosphere” (assuming the craft or platform to be within the atmosphere) there is an identifying beam projection for identification purposes to those who patrol the flight paths. The beam projection identifies the particular command sponsoring the base unit. Because of the crystal communication center located at this particular location, there is constant action in your heavens.

If I have need for additional support units for any reason, I can reach further out for assistance to the Federation and I will be sent whatever assistance is necessary.

EVIL

Enough of that. I also feel you know of my devotion to the Master Teacher and that Earth is going to have to find balance for survival of a species. To understand the Light Forces you must understand the evil forces. I do not speak of “good” vs. “bad”, I refer to evil vs. Godness.

For those of you who have twiddled about and have come up with the notion that there is no such thing as evil, I assure you that you are incorrect in your assumption.

I am going to do a brief dissertation of evil and its presence and then, Oberli, I request that the lessons given prior to this on that subject be integrated within this JOURNAL.

There are those who come who are not from our allegiance and who have no part in it. They come as observers and for their own ends. They are often highly scientific geniuses and their material to their contacts can be highly impressive—indeed, almost always is most impressive. However, beware, for it comes with a most expensive price tag. They have come for the purpose of collecting data for their own personal ends and not to give of themselves for the good of the planet. They care little for your spiritual advancement—they care very little about you one way or another, you represent a curiosity of primitive life form. These ones are not considered portions of the ‘dark forces’, which is another allegiance, but are simply a neutral force when it comes to assistance to earthman in higher principles and laws contributing to his soul growth. There are many worlds out there, dear ones, many galaxies with individual solar systems and within other universes. You will experience with ones most similar to your species. But the others travel the pathways among the stars and planets. They are under universal Law and will not interfere with your transition, although many will be drawn for the experience.

The so-called DARK FORCES are those of our own galaxy who are openly opposed to the Brotherhood of Light, its principles and standards and goals for mankind and the planet Earth. They would seize the planet if that were a possibility. They would bring it under control for their own purposes, which would destroy the freedom of man.

The bands of renegades that patrol the terrestrial realms are immediately dispatched to their proper level when overtaken in trespassing activities. The fleets of the heavenly commands are prompt to transpsort such intruders on their way elsewhere. IT IS ON YOUR PLANE IN YOUR OCTAVE WHEREIN THE ENEMY MUST BE MET AND DEALT WITH FROM A PHYSICAL STANDPOINT.

There are dark forces who are evil in their intent. We maintain very close surveillance of them. Most have been removed from the Earth atmosphere, but there will be a great redistribution of dark energies as this planet shuts down activities, so we have an enforced truce.

I am most troubled by those ones who seem convinced that there is no such thing as evil. It seems this reasoning goes along with the idea that God is somehow dead and that Satan is some kind of false myth.

Brothers, a rule of thumb: Anything which deliberately hurts and hinders another individual is evil, and when it is willfully and maliciously designed to do so, it is even MORE EVIL. WE of the Federation surround and defend the Earth as much as is possible, but you have all you need right on board to destroy you in total. Just as Sananda has a fleet, so does the Satanian empire. Watch closely as you contact any of these space brothers. A “positive” man will always quickly identify himself and broadcast thoughts of Light and goodwill. You will KNOW that this is God-Lighted man.

A Satanian will not identify himself in a satisfactory manner, or not at all. He, further, will flee if one directs Light at him and demands he depart. Never approach a craft until you are sure that it is MAN’S. ALWAYS USE “THE LIGHT” IN YOUR GREETING. MAN WILL WELCOME IT. A SATANIAN WILL REMOVE HIMSELF FROM A GREETING IN THE LIGHT.

Further, you will not be taken by force by either side. It is up to you to accept or deny. The agreement is usually made on a much higher dimension than at pick-up point. Refuse to go in the name of the Light and you will be left alone. It is a Law which is not broken.

I am not going to give you descriptions of craft of which to beware for as you move close to the transition there are ones from galaxies far distant from Earth whose ships are quite different. Most of the Lighted galactic ships are spherical in shape and easily identified. Most of Hatonn’s command of Pleiades and almost all of my immediate command ships have brilliant rotating red, green, yellow and white lights. We are easily identified at night for we station between you and orbiting stars and planets that we have constant surveillance. Most will appear no different than a star. We effort at showing our presence to our Earth-based workers for confirmation of our presence. We will soon be moving into your visible consciousness.

Enough for today, Dharma. You are weary for you have moved at this pace for several weeks now, and we must not have short circuits and “burn out”. Go in peace and renew, for we have much to accomplish. In appreciation and love I salute you, chela.
