INFORMAZIONE AI GOVERNI MONDIALI

Dopo il recupero di Roswell – Nuovo Messico , (n.d.t. ; Hatonn si riferisce al recupero dei rottami di un disco volante di extra terrestri che si era schiantata al suolo nel New Mexico nel 1949), il presidente americano informò i paesi  alleati oltre che l’Unione Sovietica, per tenerli informati sugli sviluppi della questione degli alieni. (attualmente, nel 1989, gli Stati Uniti e l’Unione Sovietica, sono tra i più stretti alleati, e la loro contrapposizione, è un’altra facciata per confondere le masse). Questo venne fatto nell’eventualità che gli alieni si fossero dimostrati un pericolo per l’umanità. Furono sviluppati dei piani molto elaborati per difendere la Terra in caso d’invasione. Miei cari, di che cosa credete si tratti il progetto “Guerre Stellari”? Credete veramente di avere bisogno di armi “cosmiche” per difendervi dalla Russia?

Quanti di voi hanno sentito in televisione il presidente Reagan dire che occorre fare un patto con la Russia per “difendere la Terra dagli alieni”? Qualcuno di voi ci ha fatto caso, oppure siete stati infastiditi perché l’annuncio interferiva con le vostre soap opera o i vostri programmi sportivi preferiti? Così sia! Ebbene, il presidente Truman e alti membri del governo e delle forze militari,cominciarono ad elaborare dei piani per difendere la Terra in caso di invasione. Era molto difficile mantenere il segreto a livello internazionale dato un così vasto coinvolgimento di uomini di differenti nazioni. Perciò, venne deciso che fosse necessario creare un gruppo esterno per coordinare e controllare gli sforzi allo scopo di mantenere segreta tutta l’operazione agli occhi di altri governi  e soprattutto dal più grande nemico di tutti : i giornali e altri media!

I BILDERBERGERS

Il risultato di questo problema, fu di creare un’altra  “società segreta” che fu chiamata col nome di “Bilderbergers”. L’ho già detto in precedenza, e lo dirò di nuovo. I Bildergergers, un gruppo che ha la sua sede a Ginevra, in Svizzera., Successivamente i Bildergergers si sono evoluti in un governo mondiale segreto che attualmente controlla TUTTO – E MIEI CARI FRATELLI – INTENDO DIRE TUTTO! C’E’ UNA BUONISSIMA RAGIONE PER CUI HANNO STABILITO LA LORO SEDE IN SVIZZERA PIUTTOSTO CHE IN UN ALTRO PAESE FINANZIARIAMENTE NEUTRALE. QUESTO E’ IL POSTO IN CUI IL COMANDO SPAZIALE –  IL  MIO COMANDO SPAZIALE, STABILI’ UN CONTATTO E FORNI’ DELLE INFORMAZIONI E DOCUMENTI QUALIFICATI.  Ciò fu fatto per il tramite di un certo Billi Eduard Meier, ma per adesso, desidero finire questo argomento indicando la lista delle persone coinvolte.

 

 

Entro la fine del 1953, almeno altri dieci dischi volanti si schiantarono e vennero recuperati circa venticinque, trenta alieni morti e quattro sopravvissuti. (ricordatevi che questi dati sono dati governativi e sono falsi, ma li userò per trattare l’argomento. Inoltre, per la maggior parte degli schianti, la verità, è che i dischi furono abbattuti in quanto sono molto vulnerabili se subiscono delle interferenze con i campi magnetici quando si manifestano in forma visibile.  Oltre a questo, molti degli alieni sopravvissuti, non sopravvivono a lungo nelle vostre mani, in quanto non corrispondono all’immagine che vi siete fatti dei“piccoli alieni grigi ” e quindi vengono  trucidati).

Bene, i dati dicono che : ne fu trovato uno in Sud Africa ( che fu la causa di uno scontro con Henry Kissinger), uno in Louisiana (causa dello scontro con l’FBI), due in Texas e uno in Arizona. Ce ne fu un altro nel Montana (stiamo principalmente parlando degli Stati Uniti, in quanto era il solo paese che cercava attivamente di abbattere i dischi volanti). A quel tempo, nel 1953, fu nominato presidente Dwight D. Eisenhower, generale e Comandante Supremo delle Forze Alleate durante la vostra Seconda Guerra Mondiale. Ora, questo Comandante, aveva l’abitudine di prendere decisioni condivise con delle Commissioni di Stato e prese delle decisioni personali importanti, solo quando i suoi consiglieri erano incapaci di pervenire ad un consenso globale. Studiava diverse approcci per qualsiasi situazione, e poi sceglieva una soluzione.  Il suo motto preferito che usava costantemente con i suoi collaboratori era : “ Fate quello che serve”. Era un incallito giocatore di golf ed era solito riunire il suo staff sui campi dove prendeva spesso le sue decisioni.

Il RUOLO DI NELSON ROCKEFELLER

Eisenhower, si rese ben presto conto che non poteva gestire la questione degli alieni nel solito modo, in quanto la cosa doveva essere tenuta segreta persino nei confronti del  Congresso. (Il Parlamento Americano). Per sua fortuna, Eisenhower aveva un facoltoso ed influente amico personale, il Sig. Nelson Rockefeller, che era anche un membro del Concilio delle Relazioni Estere e a cui chiese aiuto per risolvere il problema degli alieni. In men che non si dica, questi due cominciarono a progettare la struttura che doveva avere la supervisione della questione alieni e che divenne una realtà operativa entro un anno. Fu così che nacque il M -12!   Questa struttura, era destinata a diventare il più grande errore che Eisenhower avesse mai compiuto nei confronti degli Stati Uniti e probabilmente per tutta l’umanità.

Tuttavia, ciò era del tutto logico in quanto erta stato Winthrop Aldrich,lo zio di Nelson Rockefeller, a convincere Eisenhower a candidarsi alla presidenza degli Stati Uniti. L’intera famiglia Rockefeller, e con essa l’impero finanziario di cui disponevano, servì per finanziare la campagna di Eisenhower. Ad una settimana dalla sua elezione, Eisenhower nominò Nelson Rockefeller alla presidenza del  Comitato Consultivo dell’Organizzazione Governativa. Rockefeller, era responsabile per pianificare la riorganizzazione del governo. Il Programma Presidenziale “Il Nuovo Corso”, venne fatto confluire in un solo ministero denominato Ministero della Salute, dell’Educazione e del Welfare. Quando il Congresso approvò il nuovo ministero, Oveta Culp Hobby venne nominato come presidente col titolo di Segretario della Salute, dell’Educazione e del Welfare e Rockefeller venne nominato sottosegretario – ma che cosa strana!

Per coincidenza, nel 1953, degli astronomi scoprirono nello spazio un oggetto molto grande che si muoveva in direzione della Terra. Inizialmente, si pensò che fossero degli asteroidi, ma più tardi, fu evidente che si trattava di astronavi spaziali. Il Progetto Sigma, intercetto delle comunicazioni radio tra alieni (non vi siete mai chiesti perché nei vostri apparecchi radio, non ci sono frequenze per tale ricerca?). Noi inviamo continuamente segnali radio e non abbiamo neppure bisogno di un apparecchio per questo scopo! Siamo anche in grado di interrompere le comunicazioni dei vostri governi e quelle militari ma vi viene detto che “la fuori non c’è nessuno”!

Ebbene, quando questi oggetti raggiunsero l’atmosfera terrestre, si stabilizzarono in un’orbita attorno all’equatore della Terra ad un’altezza considerevole. C’erano diverse immense astronavi ed il loro intento era sconosciuto.(lo rivelerò ora. Lo scopo miei cari,era di impedire alla Terra di spostarsi sul suo asse di tredici gradi e di uscire fuori dalla sua orbita). Altre astronavi, furono dislocate al Polo Sud e al Polo Nord perché il vostro pianeta aveva già cominciato a spostarsi sul proprio asse. Venne realizzata una cintura di fasci energetici incrociati all’altezza dell’Equatore per supportare e stabilizzare la Terra e venne mantenuta fino al 1988 quando il Concilio Intergalattico decise che doveva essere tolta).

Il progetto “Sigma” e successivamente un nuovo progetto chiamato “Plato”, cominciarono ad interagire con le comunicazioni radio degli alieni. Il progetto Plato, aveva lo scopo di stabilire delle relazioni diplomatiche con questa razza di alieni dello spazio. Fu in questo periodo che noi della Flotta Intergalattica, contattammo il governo degli Stati Uniti per offrire la nostra assistenza. Li informammo che i progetti nucleari, dovevano essere banditi ma il disarmo nucleare, non era certo nelle intenzioni del governo americano. Per forza non lo era – in quale altro modo potete fare saltare per aria un intero pianeta? A tutti i livelli, le nostre proposte furono respinte.

GLI INCONTRI DI EISENHOWER

Tutto questo, coincide con quanto vi ho detto in precedenza. Nel 1954, il Presidente Eisenhower, fissò un incontro nella base militare di Holloman con una razza di extra terrestri che vennero descritti come “grigi dal grande naso”. Sembra che questi alieni, stessero orbitando attorno alla Terra già da qualche tempo. Nel vostro disdegno per i titoli nobiliari, come fu con  “Sua Altezza Onnipotente Krill”, lo rinominaste “Ostaggio Primordiale Krill”.Furono concordati due incontri con il vostro Presidente, il primo avvenne appunto alla Base di Holloman dove venne raggiunto un accordo di base. Gli alieni dissero di provenire da un Pianeta  vicino ad una stella rossa che voi chiamate Betelgeuse, nella Costellazione di Orione. Dissero che il loro pianeta stava morendo e che ad un certo punto in un futuro non meglio specificato, su questo pianeta non sarebbero più stati in grado di sopravvivere. (ebbene, che cosa potete aspettarvi da uno strano alieno?

ILTRATTATO TRA STATI UNITI E ALIENI

Successivamente ci fu un incontro per sottoscrivere il trattato tra gli Stati Uniti e la Nazione degli Alieni. Questo avvenne nella Base Militare di Edwards. All’incontro, erano presenti altri due personaggi estremamente importanti, il primo era Bernard Baruch, e l’altro, uno stimatissimo ed  eminente esponente religioso di cui qui non farò il nome. La Base di Edward, era una facciata e qui non svelerò la vera località dove avevano luogo gli incontri. Ci sono delle promesse e degli impegni che ho preso personalmente con dei vostri leader, ed intendo onorarli. Entrambi gli atterraggi furono documentati e vennero girati dei filmati sia degli alieni che delle loro astronavi. Il trattato venne firmato. Ora vi dirò quello che fu concordato e divulgato, salvo che il contenuto venne falsificato in sette o otto punti. Questo è quello che il vostro governo vuole che voi crediate ora che l’M12 e i relativi documenti segreti, hanno dovuto per forza essere rivelati in conformità dell’Atto al Diritto all’Informazione. L’insabbiamento, continua tutt’oggi, ma ecco quello che fu concordato : “Gli Alieni, non avrebbero potuto interferire nei vostri affari (questo non è permesso dal Concilio Intergalattico  e la Gerarchia del Concilio Cosmico, non ha nulla a che vedere con voi), ne voi interferire negli affari degli alieni. Gli alieni vi avrebbero fornito  delle tecnologie avanzate e vi avrebbero aiutato a sviluppare tali tecnologie. Non avrebbero concluso nessun altro trattato con nessun’altra nazione della Terra. (ma non potete avere fiducia di qualsiasi strano alieno che capita sulla Terra – potreste imbattervi in una masnada di Angeli seguaci di Satana).

Ah, gli alieni, potevano rapire degli umani in tempi e quantità limitati a scopo  di ricerche  mediche e per monitorare i vostri progressi con l’accordo che agli umani non venisse fatto alcun male, che successivamente fossero riportati nel luogo dove erano stati rapiti e che non si fossero ricordati di quello che era loro successo. Gli alieni, avrebbero inoltre fornito all’M12 su base temporale regolare, una lista delle persone rapite. Fu concordato che ci sarebbero stati degli incontri tra gli ambasciatori di ciascuna nazione, finché il trattato fosse rimasto in essere. (il che evidentemente, voleva dire fino a quando lo avessero voluto gli alieni perché ad ogni modo, non avreste potuto farci niente. Ricordatevi, vi offrimmo la nostra assistenza e avremmo potuto mantenerli in speciali paradisi se solo ci aveste ascoltato. Tuttavia, con questo avreste posticipato la profezia dell’Armageddon e avreste rovinato il gioco. Gli esseri umani possiedono il libero arbitrio anche se la fratellanza dell’universo, sa sempre e con esattezza quello che farete. Sceglierete sempre il lupo travestito da agnello, nell’ambiente umano, prevalgono avidità e potere e le masse vengono dominate con la paura).

BASI ALIENE NEGLI STATI UNITI

Fu inoltre convenuto, che ci fosse uno scambio tra la nazione degli Alieni e gli Stati Uniti e che sedici persone di ogni nazione, si scambiassero informazioni ed imparassero ognuno dagli altri. I vostri sedici sarebbero andati su Orione, e i loro sarebbero venuti sulla Terra e questi interscambi, sarebbero stati programmati e sarebbero dovuti avvenire con delle frequenze regolari pianificate. Fu anche concordato di costruire delle basi sotterranee ad uso degli Alieni, e che due basi sarebbero state utilizzate congiuntamente dagli Alieni e dagli Stati Uniti.

Le basi degli Alieni, sarebbero state costruite nel territorio delle riserve Indiane (scordatevi di chiedere lumi ai vostri fratelli dalla pelle rossa), ai quattro angoli dello Utah, Colorado, Nuovo Messico ed Arizona. Una base sarebbe stata costruita nel Nevada, nell’area denominata S-4, situata a circa sette miglia a sud dell’Area 51 e chiamata “Dreamland” . Ne è stata costruita una’altra enorme nel Nuovo Messico. Stiamo parlando di installazioni enormi tutte sotterranee.

Ora entra in gioco una situazione molto interessante. TUTTE LE AREE  ALIENE, SONO SOTTO IL COMPLETO CONTROLLO DEL DIPARTIMENTO DELLA MARINA MILITARE. Tutte le persone che lavorano in queste basi, sono stipendiate dalla Marina Militare. Non è alquanto curioso? All’inizio, la costruzione delle basi andò molto a rilento. Come può un governo spendere così tanti soldi in tutta segretezza? FINO A QUANDO – furono messe a disposizione e segretamente delle enormi somme di denaro nel 1957 , la cui provenienza vi spiegherò tra un minuto.

Bene, per restare fedeli alla tradizione, fu creato il progetto “REDLIGHT”  e al più presto, si cominciò a costruire e a sperimentare dei dischi volanti. Foste una volta di più ingannati, perché la tecnologia che gli Alieni vi fornirono per costruire le navi spaziali, era primitiva. Ad ogni modo, questo diede vita al progetto Delta (ali volanti) e allo Snowbird.  A Dreamland, la cosa divertente è che il personale doveva avere un lasciapassare di livello “Q”,  e anche quello di “Executive”, (Approvazione Presidenziale). Ma la cosa ancora più divertente, era che neppure il Presidente aveva accesso a queste basi. La base dove effettivamente avvenne lo scambio di tecnologie, fu la base S-4,. Il nome in codice di questa base era “ The Dark Side of The Moon” ) La Parte Oscura della Luna),  Un appellativo veramente appropriato, in quanto sulla Luna c’erano già delle collettività ben stabilite prima che voi sareste arrivati  successivamente miei cari.

OCCULTAMENTO DEI SOLDI

Insieme a tutti gli altri  progetti e commissioni segrete, fu creato un fondo SEGRETO multi milionario e gestito dall’Ufficio Militare della Casa Bianca. Questi fondi, furono utilizzati per costruire più di settantacinque altri complessi sotterranei. (Alcuni di questi piani, li rivelerò in seguito in dettaglio, DOOMSDAY – Il giorno del Giudizio, ma in questo paragrafo, ci atterremo al tema degli alieni).

Ora, se un Presidente avesse chiesto a cosa servissero quei soldi, gli veniva detto che servivano per costruire dei rifugi sotterranei per il Presidente in caso di guerra ecc. ecc. In realtà, solo alcuni erano costruiti per il Presidente, e ad ogni nuovo Presidente, venivano  mostrati sempre gli stessi libri contabili.

Milioni di dollari,furono versati dall’ufficio Militare della Casa Bianca, all’ M12 e da questi ai  costruttori per la costruzione delle Basi Aliene Segrete – (Top Secret), oltre che a delle basi DUMB ( Deep Underground Military Bases – Basi Militari Sotterranee). In aggiunta a queste basi,vennero anche costruite in tutto il paese altre installazioni, come previsto dall’”Alternativa 2”. Ah, ma mi ero scordato di parlarvi delle alternative! Certo, però Dharma, può gestire un solo soggetto per volta. Al Presidente Johonson, (Lindon Johonson), piaceva questo fondo e pensava che fosse per la sua sicurezza di Presidente, quella di altri ecc. ecc. e quindi fece costruire attorno al suo ranch in Texas delle strade, dei teatri e altre amenità del genere. Non gli fu mai rivelato il vero scopo di questi fondi e gli veniva concesso di usarli al solo scopo di non fare domande sulla loro provenienza.

Il fondo segreto gestito dall’Ufficio Militare della Casa Bianca che fu creato nel 1957 dal Presidente Eisenhower, venne ottenuto con il consenso del Congresso ( Il Parlamento degli Stati Uniti), spacciandolo per “la costruzione e il mantenimento di un luogo segreto dove il Presidente poteva trovare rifugio in caso di attacco”. Il loro appellativo era : Siti per l’Emergenza Presidenziale. Questi siti, sono letteralmente dei grandi buchi sotterranei e sono fatti in modo da resistere ad una esplosione nucleare e sono equipaggiati con sofisticati impianti di comunicazione. Attualmente, ce ne sono più di settantacinque o forse anche un centinaio sparsi per tutto il paese e furono costruiti usando questi fondi. Il vostro Dipartimento per l’Energia, ne ha poi fatti costruire almeno altre due dozzine.

Le località e tutto ciò che ha a che vedere con questi siti, rimane TOP SECRET. I SOLDI ERANO E SONO STTTO IL CONTROLLO DELL’UFFICIO DELLA MARINA MILITARE ALLA CASA BIANCA ED ERANO E VENGONO “RICICLATI” ATTRAVERSO UNA SERIE DI PASSAGGI CHE ANCHE LA MIGLIORE DELLE SPIE O DEI COMMERCIALISTI, NON POTREBBERO SCOPRIRE. Ah, ma io posso farlo! Altra cosa molto interessante all’epoca attuale, solo alcune persone all’inizio e alla fine di questo circuito, sono a conoscenza del vero scopo di questi fondI.

Il primo a far parte di questa commissione, fu il Rappresentante del Texas George Mahon, che era anche Presidente del Comitato per gli Stanziamenti e il Sottocomitato alla Difesa. Robert Sikes, rappresentante della Florida e che era il Presidente del Sottocomitato per le Costruzioni Militari. Più recentemente e fino a qualche mese fa, il Portavoce della Casa Bianca Jim Wright che controllava i fondi al Congresso. Scoppiò una tremenda lotta per il potere e Jim Wright venne rimosso e rimpiazzato. All’altro capo, c’é il Presidente che è stato appena aggregato al gruppo M12. Infine, anche il Comandante della Washington Navy Yard. Lo sblocco dei fondi, veniva autorizzato dal Comitato per gli Stanziamenti che a sua volta. Autorizzava il Dipartimento della Difesa al suo utilizzo sotto la dicitura, programma di costruzione TOP SECRET DELL’ESERCITO.

Ma in realtà, L’Esercito non poteva  spendere questi soldi perché di fatto, non sapeva neppure a quale scopo erano destinati. ( non vi siete chiesti come mai l’Iran- gate, il Water – gate e altri complotti potevano restare segreti?. E’ strabiliante che nessuno mai lo scopra, incluso le persone che ne sono coinvolte). (n.d.t.; sia l’Iran-gate che il Water-gate, vennero successivamente scoperti, ma il loro vero scopo, non fu mai rivelato). Ecco qui una spiegazione migliore: i soldi  venivano incanalati verso la Divisione Chesapeake dell’Ingegneria Navale che anche loro, non avevano la benché minima idea per che cosa fossero destinati. Tuttavia, qualcuno dava arbitrariamente, alla Navy l’autorizzazione a spendere quei soldi, probabilmente Oliver North.

Nemmeno il Comandante Ufficiale della Marina, che era un Ammiraglio, sapeva a cosa servissero quei soldi. C’era un solo uomo, il Comandante della Marina assegnato alla Divisione Chesapeake, che in realtà era solamente a capo dell’Ufficio Militare della Casa Bianca, che era a conoscenza del vero scopo,dell’importo e la destinazione finale dei fondi.

Le pochissime persone che controllavano questi soldi, erano in grado di far sparire quasi completamente ogni traccia dei fondi. Come volete che fosse possibile chiedere una revisione contabile di questi fondi? Nessuno sarebbe mai stato in grado di trovarli!

Hatonn present, let us continue please.  I trust you are ready for a marathon of writing.  Your family is here to visit during this special time so I urge that you attend meals, at least, with them.  I am sorry that I must keep you away from the fes­tivities but I feel these things must be made public in timely fashion.  I also concern for your pub­lic visibility.  There are hundreds and hun­dreds of very powerful people who do not want this information made public.  At any rate, let us continue.

WORLD  POWERS  INFORMED

After the Roswell, New Mexico recoveries, your President Truman kept the al­lies as well as the Soviet Union (at present, in 1989, you and Russia are the closest of allies—another fa­cade to con­fuse the masses of people) informed about the devel­oping alien problem.  This was done in the event the aliens turned out to be a threat to the human race.  Plans of elabo­rate nature were formu­lated to defend the Earth in case of in­vasion.

 

What do you dear ones think the “Star Wars” project is all about?  Do you re­ally think you need cosmic weapons to “defend” your­selves from Russia?  How many of you heard your President Rea­gan, on television network, suggest a co­operative pact with Russia to “defend Earth from aliens?”  Do any of you pay atten­tion or is it that you are simply upset when news interferes with your soap operas and sports events?  So be it.

 

Well, Mr. Truman and top military and governmental person­ages began to for­mulate elaborate plans to defend the Earth in case of inva­sion.  It was very dif­ficult to maintain international secrecy with such a widespread effort afoot.  So, it was de­cided that an outside group was necessary to coordinate and control international efforts in order to hide the secret, es­pecially from other govern­ments and the worst foe of all, the press and other media.

 

THE  BILDERBERGERS

 

The results of this problem was in the formation of another “secret” society which became known as the “Bilderbergers”.  I mentioned this before and will again.  This Bilderberger group headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.  The Bilderbergers evolved into a secret world government that now control EV­ERYTHING—AND, BROTHERS, I DO MEAN EVERY­THING.  THERE IS ALSO A VERY GOOD REASON IT SETTLED IN SWITZERLAND OTHER THAN NEUTRAL BANKING SYSTEMS.  THAT IS THE VERY PLACE THE SPACE COMMAND—MY SPACE COMMAND—WAS MAK­ING PUBLIC CONTACT AND BRINGING FORTH QUALI­FIED AND DOCU­MENTED INFORMATION.  This, through one Billy Ed­uard Meier who was placed there to receive the data from our star people in personal contact.  I will be speaking at great length about Billy Meier, but I want to finish setting the stage and list of characters presently.

 

By 1953, at least ten additional crashed discs were recovered along with some twenty-five to thirty dead aliens and four live ones.  (Keep in mind these are government statistics and are false, but it absolves me of argument, to use your own.  Also, most of the “crashes” were shoot-downs—our craft are very vulner­able to in­terference of energy fields—and when mani­fested in visible for­mat are vulnerable.  Further, most surviv­ing aliens do not survive very long in your hands—most are slain outright if deviant from your “little grey allies”).

 

Well, the “found” stats read like: one in South Africa which caused the flap with Mr. Kissinger, one in Louisiana—also an FBI flap,  two in Texas and four in Arizona.  There was an ad­ditional one in Mon­tana.  (Again, we are basically speaking of the United States because you were the only ones actively shooting down the aliens.)

 

At this time, 1953, you got a new President by the label of Gen­eral Dwight D. Eisenhower of your Army, and Supreme Allied Com­mander during your World War II.  Now, this man was struc­tured to function by staff committee.  He made major deci­sions, but only when his ad­visors were unable to come to a con­sensus of opinion.  He would study several alternate approaches to any mat­ter and choose one.  His favorite comment which he utilized constantly to his staff, “Just do whatever it takes.”  He was an avid golfer and spent a lot of time on the golf course as his staff was accustomed to the decision making and in­formation gathering.

 

NELSON  ROCKEFELLER’S  ROLE

 

Mr. Eisenhower found out, early on, that he could not handle the alien problem in this customary manner for it had to be kept a se­cret even from Congress.  Now, lucky for Mr. Eisen­hower that he had a very close, influential and wealthy per­sonal friend, Mr. Nelson Rockefeller, who was also a fellow mem­ber of the Council on For­eign Relations, and requested help with the alien problem.

 

Immediately these two began formulating the secret structure of alien task su­pervision which was to become a reality within about a year from onset.  Thus MJ-12 was birthed.  This affili­ation was destined to be the biggest mistake Eisenhower made for the future of the United States and most probably for all hu­manity.

 

It was most logical, however, for it was in fact, Nelson Rocke­feller’s uncle, Winthrop Aldrich, who had convinced Eisen­hower to run for the Presidency.  The entire of the Rockefeller fam­ily, and with them the Rockefeller empire, had solidly backed Eisenhower.

 

Within one week of Eisenhower’s election he had appointed Nel­son Rockefeller to chairmanship of a Presidential Advisory Com­mittee on Government Organi­zation.  Rockefeller was re­sponsible for plan­ning the reorganization of the gov­ernment.  President Roosevelt’s New Deal programs went into one single Cabi­net po­sition called the De­partment of Health, Education, and Welfare.  When the Congress ap­proved the new Cabinet po­sition called the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, Oveta Culp Hobby was appointed.  Nelson was named to the post of Undersecretary—how handy.

 

In 1953, coincidentally, Astronomers discovered large objects in space which were moving toward the Earth.  It was first be­lieved that they were asteroids.  Later evidence proved that the objects could only be Spaceships.  Project Sigma inter­cepted alien radio communications (now why do you suppose no one can find any radio signals on your big honkers set up for that purpose?).  We send sig­nals constantly and we don’t even need the set up.  We cut in on communi­cations lines to all your mili­tary and government frequen­cies as well.  But you are told there is just “nobody out there”.

 

Ah so, when these objects reached Earth atmosphere they took up a very high orbit around the Equator.  There were several huge ships, and their actual intent was unknown.  (I hereby make it known; it was to keep you sweethearts from tilting your planet some thirteen degrees off orbit.  Also, ships were placed at your North and South Poles because your planet had already be­gun its shifting.  A cross belting of energy support and stabi­lizing beams were set up and the ships from the mid-section were not removed until 1988, when the Intergalactic Council de­manded that the support be removed.)

 

Project “Sigma” and then a new project named “Plato” then be­gan to interact with alien radio communication.  Project Plato was tasked with establishing diplomatic relations with this race of space aliens.

 

It was in this period of time that we of the Galactic Fleet con­tacted the U.S. Government and offered assistance.  We in­formed them that nuclear ordinance must be banned, etc.  Well, nuclear disarma­ment was not considered to be within the best interest of the United States—of course not, how else can you blow up an entire planet?  At any rate, our overtures were re­jected.

EISENHOWER’S  MEETING

 

Now, the pattern fits with what I gave you on Wednesday.  Pres­ident Eisen­hower, in l954, set a meeting at Holloman Air Force Base with a race of ex­traterrestrials described as “large nosed grey aliens”.  These aliens had been or­biting the Earth for some time it seems.  In your disdain for lofty titles, as in the case with “His Omnipo­tent Highness, Krill”, you dubbed him, “Original ‘Hostage’ Krill”.  Here enters the first alien in­signia which was taken as a basis for naming your Trilateral Commis­sion.  That insignia is displayed on craft and worn on uniforms.  Almost all space commands display some varia­tion of that basic triangle-pyramid. 

 

Two encounters were arranged with your President.  The first meet­ing, as be­fore stated, was at Holloman Air Force Base.  In this meeting a basic agreement was reached.  The aliens identi­fied them­selves as originating from a Planet around a red star in the Constel­lation of Orion which you label Betelgeuse.  They stated that their planet was dying and that at some unknown fu­ture time they would no longer be able to survive there.  (Well, what can you expect from strange aliens?  Again, with all the millions of inhabited planets why would His Omnipotent High­ness Krlll choose one working diligently to blow it­self away?  Could it be your old ancient prophecies were beginning to take final formation?)

 

U.S./ALIEN  TREATY

 

Next, there was a follow-up meeting to sign treaties between the Alien Nation and the United States.  This was consummated at a meeting planned for Ed­wards Air Force Base.  Two other ex­tremely well known personages attended also; one was Bernard Baruch and a highly esteemed religious leader who has been named; I choose to not do so here at this time.  Edwards was a front cover; I shall nei­ther divulge the actual meeting loca­tion.  There are also, friends, commitments which I have per­sonally made to your leaders and I shall honor them.

 

Both of these landings were documented and films were taken of both the aliens and the alien craft.

 

The treaty was signed.  Now, I shall tell you what has been brought forth as it was stated—only fudged on in seven or eight places.  And, I mean in the writing of demands—all the actions have been falsified.

 

Here is what the government wants you to believe now that MJ-12 and secret documents have been forced to public eyes through your Right to Information Act.  The cover-up continues, but here is what is touted about your place.  “The aliens would not interfere in your affairs (this is not allowed by Intergalactic Council and Hierarchy Council of the Cosmic Council—had nothing to do with you.) and you would not interfere in the aliens’.  They would furnish you with advanced technology and would help you in your technological de­velopment.  They would not make any treaty with any other Earth nation.  (But you can’t trust all the strange aliens who drop in on you—you could just be picking up a bunch of Satan’s Omnipotent Angels.)

 

Ah, they could abduct humans on a limited and periodic basis for the purpose of medical examination and monitoring of your develop­ment with the stipulation that the humans would not be harmed, would be returned to their point of ab­duction, that the humans would have no memory of the event, and that the Alien nation would furnish MJ-12 with a list of all human contacts and ab­ductees on a regularly sched­uled basis.  It was agreed that each nation would re­ceive the Ambas­sador of the other for as long as the treaty re­mained in force.  (Which, of course, was for as long as the aliens desired it since you couldn’t do anything about it anyway.  Remember we of­fered to assist you; we could have kept them in the high spe­cial heavens if you had only lis­tened.  But then, you would have post­poned the prophesied Ar­mageddon and spoiled the play.  Human has free-will choice and yet, the brother­hood of the uni­verse knows ex­actly what you will do—every time.  You will al­ways choose the devil in the sheep’s clothes—greed and power always prevail in a human en­vironment and they rule, by total fear, the masses.)

 

ALIEN  BASES  IN  THE  U.S.

 

It was further agreed that the Alien nation and the United States would exchange sixteen personnel each to the other with the purpose of cross learning, each from the other.  Yours would go to Orion, etc., and theirs would come to Earth.  This exchange would occur with change of personnel on a regularly scheduled basis.  It was also agreed that bases would be con­structed under­ground for the use of the Alien nation and that two bases would be constructed for the joint use of the Alien nation and the United States.

 

These Alien bases would be constructed under Indian reserva­tions (forget about asking your redman brothers) in the four cor­ners of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona or thereabouts for starters.  One would be constructed in Nevada in the area known as S-4 lo­cated seven miles south of the western bor­der of Area 51, (you look them up) and this one would be known as “Dreamland”.  (How sweet.)  There is also a huge installation in New Mexico.  We are talking BIG installations, all under­ground.

 

Now enters an interesting situation, ALL ALIEN AREAS ARE UNDER COM­PLETE CONTROL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY!  All personnel who work in these complexes receive their paychecks from the Navy.  How quaint, don’t you think?  Well, construction was slow in the begin­ning because how can a government funnel that much money aside in total se­crecy?   UN­TIL—large amounts of money were made available in 1957 by some secret mode of fund­ing which I will tell you about in a minute.

 

Well, in keeping with the tradition, project “REDLIGHT” was formed and ex­perimentation in test flying of alien craft was be­gun in real earnest.  You were again hoodwinked for the tech­nology given you was primitive for space flight.  At any rate this birthed the Delta program (flying wing) and Snowbird.

 

Funny thing, here at Dreamland, all personnel need above top secu­rity clear­ance, “Q” rating—as well as Executive (President) ap­proval.  Even more irony pops forth—the Presi­dent does not have sufficient clearance to visit the site.  Now the alien base and exchange of tech­nology actually took place in the Area know as S-4.  This area was code named “The Dark Side of the Moon”.  Pretty apropos as things turn out with later activities found already well established by the time you thought you got to the moon, friends.

 

HIDING  THE  MONEY

 

Along with all the other cute projects and secret commissions, a multimillion-dollar SECRET fund was organized and kept by the Mili­tary Office of the White House.  This fund was used to build over seventy-five deep underground facilities.  (Some of these plans I will describe in detail later, such as “DOOMSDAY COG” (continuity of Government at Doomsday (Armageddon etc.)  We’ll stick to alien intrigue at this paragraph.

 

Now, if a President asked what the funds were for, he was told they were for building a deep underground shelter for the Pres­ident, etc., in case of war.  Only a few were actually built for the President, and yet the bookwork shows bunches—actually the same one was pre­sented to each new President.

 

Millions of dollars were funnelled through this office to MJ-12 and then out to the contractors and was used to build TOP SE­CRET alien bases, as well as TOP SECRET DUMB (good one—Deep Under­ground Military Bases), and the facili­ties promul­gated by “Alternative 2”, throughout the nation.  Ah, but I have ne­glected to tell you about the alternatives—well, Dharma can only handle one subject at a time.  Mr. Johnson really liked this fund; he thought it was for the President and security etc., so he built some roads, movie theater, and other improve­ments and comforts around his ranch in Texas.  He was never told of its true purpose, and was thus allowed to use the funds without question to keep him from asking.

 

The secret White House underground construction fund was set up in 1957 by President Eisenhower.  The funding was obtained from Congress under the guise of “construction and maintenance of secret sites where the President could be taken in case of mil­itary at­tack: Presidential Emergency Sites.”  The sites are liter­ally holes in the ground, deep enough to withstand a nu­clear blast and are outfitted with state of the art communica­tions equipment.  Cur­rently there are more than seventy-five, proba­bly over a hundred, of these sites scattered all around your country.  These were built using this fund money.  Your Atomic Energy Commission has built at least an addi­tional two dozen sites.

 

The locations and everything to do with these sites remain as TOP SECRET.  THE MONEY WAS, AND IS, IN CONTROL OF THE MILITARY OFFICE OF THE WHITE HOUSE, AND WAS, AND IS, LAUNDERED THROUGH A CIR­CUITOUS WEB THAT EVEN THE MOST KNOWLEDGE­ABLE SPY OR ACCOUN­TANT CAN NOT FOLLOW.  Ah, but I can.  Also interesting, as of current times, only a few at the start and end of this web know what the money is for.

 

First on board was Representative George Mahon, of Texas, the chair­man of the House Appropriations Committee and of its De­fense Sub­committee; and Repre­sentative Robert Sikes, of Florida, chair­man of the House Appropriations Mili­tary Con­struction Subcom­mittee.

 

More currently, like up to a very few of your months ago, your House Speaker, Jim Wright, controlled the money in Congress.  A tremendous power struggle came about and he was removed—yet to be replaced, in fact.  At the other end are the President, who is just now included in the loop, MJ-12 and of course the di­rector of the Military Office, and a commander at the Washing­ton Navy Yard.  The money was authorized by the Ap­propriations Committee (A-hummm) who in turn allocated it to the Department of Defense as a TOP SECRET item in the ARMY construction pro­gram.  The Army, however, can not spend it and, in fact, did not even know what it was for.  (Do you really wonder how Iran-gate, Water-gate and other cover-ups can be kept secret?  It is the marvel that anyone ever finds out-including the ones in­volved.)  Here is a better one—the money was then channeled to the Chesapeake Division of the Navy Engineers who had no idea what the money was for, ei­ther.  How­ever, authorization to spend the money was in reality given to the Navy—somebody arbi­trarily decided—(probably Oliver North.  Don’t quote Ha­tonn on that one, it is a humorless joke.)

 

Not even the Commanding Officer, who was an Admiral, knew what the fund was for.  Only one man, a Navy Commander as­signed to the Chesapeake Divi­sion, but in reality was responsi­ble only to the Military Office of the White House, knew of the actual pur­pose, amount, and ultimate destination of the funds.

 

Almost every trace of the funding could be made to vanish by the very few peo­ple who controlled it.  How could there ever be an au­dit of such a fund—nobody would ever be able to find it!
