It takes 5 million to 11 million dollars to train one U.S. military pilot. But pilots and members of the military are facing what they never dreamed would happen—dishonorable discharge and loss of all benefits. A national crisis is upon us with the mandates on health care workers and the military.

Air Force officer Andrew* contacted us, desperate for a way out of the mandatory shots. “This worries me on a personal and spiritual level,” wrote Andrew. “I do not want the vaccine and do not agree with the forced mandate or the vaccine in general.”

Like so many other service men and women who have come to us for help, Andrew is forced to make a choice between taking the shots or facing a dishonorable discharge.

“I have a lot to lose. Retirement, insurance,” he wrote. “I have 5 kids and a wife; I cannot afford to lose my job. Guide me or show me the tools I need to not take the vaccine.”

But what really concerned me about Andrew’s plea for help was the last line: “If nothing can be done, I may have to risk my health for the sake of my family’s security,” wrote this man who has already sacrificed so much of his life for others. Now he fears he will have to sacrifice himself to the COVID shot in order to provide for his family! These service men and women should not have to make this choice! Biden’s secretary of defense ordered “mandatory vaccinations” of all active, reserve and National Guard members of the military. After commanding immediate action, this sentence was buried in the memo …

“Mandatory vaccination against COVID-19 will only use COVID-19 vaccines that receive full licensure from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in accordance with FDA-approved labeling and guidance” (emphasis added).

THERE IS NO FDA-APPROVED COVID SHOT AVAILABLE. BioNTech’s Comirnaty is approved but is not available and will not be for some time. All the available shots remain under the EUA, meaning you have the “option to accept or refuse.” This is yet more lawlessness from the Biden administration.

Some of the heroes refusing the shots have already been commanded to respond to dishonorable discharge proceedings.

Carter* contacted our office for help. “The military is under attack.”

He reports that entire battalions are being lined up for a specific purpose. “Vaccinated soldiers are called out of the lineup. The remaining soldiers are forced onto a bus, driven to a center, injected and told there are no religious exemptions!”

“We are being told that none of our religious exemptions will be approved. They are telling us that putting in a religious exemption is pointless. To me, this means that Freedom of Religion written in our Constitution is also pointless. WE NEED HELP AS OUR RIGHTS ARE BEING BLATANTLY STRIPPED FROM US AND THROWN IN OUR FACES” (all caps in original).

Here are the facts:

Members of the military may assert opposition to the COVID shots because:

(1) There is no COVID injection available that is fully approved by the FDA.

(2) All existing COVID shots remain under Emergency Use Authorization and thus you have the “option to accept or refuse” the shots.

(3) There has been no presidential declaration waiving the EUA for members of the military.

(4) Even if a presidential waiver is issued or when the Comirnaty version becomes available, members of the military may always raise the First Amendment right to the Free Exercise of Religion and request a religious accommodation.

(5) Military personnel may also assert a medical exemption, if applicable.

 

Some of the heroes who received injections have already died from the shots or are disabled. Remember the anthrax shots required during the Gulf War? Many of our veteran heroes who were subjected to them are now disabled.

There are now more than 675,591 reported injuries from the COVID shots, over 58,440 hospitalizations, over 18,439 permanent disabilities and more than 14,506 deaths.

Our military members signed up to risk their lives in war, but they did not sign up to become Biden’s human guinea pigs!
